I seriously wish you would consider a weight loss program that includes some therapy. I am a firm believer in the brain being the biggest obstacle to losing unwanted weight. Whatever the 'issue' might be, it is keeping you from your success.<br />All the calorie counting, portion controlling and exercise programs will ultimately fail if that 'issue' isn't addressed and you honestly and totally BELIEVE you deserve to succeed.<br />Just giving you my two cents. I'm married to someone who has a similar situation. He can take it off, but it comes running back 6 months later. It definitely affects his health, but it continues and he is 73 nearly 74.
